Hi. Today I will be talking about how my love life started 🫶🏼 It was a gloomy day, I was walking home from work. I couldn't get a cab since it was a busy day so I decided to walk back home. The weather was a bit chilly showing that it was about to rain.  I sighed to myself as I forgot to bring my umbrella with me. I huffed and walked faster, hoping to reach home before the rain pours.  As I was walking, I felt tiny droplets of rain hitting my skin. Rain started pouring as I glanced at the sky. Immediately, I covered my head with my bag and started running.  It was an unlucky day for me but I had no choice but to accept my fate.  My vision turned blurry because my eyes were filled with rain water.   You Don't Find Happiness, You Create It.      Based on Katarina Blom’s TED talk, with the title, “You Don't Find Happiness, You Create It”, I learned that it is challenging to maintain focus on the important things in life despite all the activities we are involved in, with the commitments we have, and the distractions we face. We frequently get overloaded, and our brains wander most of the time. When this occurs, it is challenging to pay attention to the positive aspects of life, and we are more tuned to the negative aspects of life.  Other than that, I also learned that our thoughts are hard to control and in order to control them, we need to create positive actions over our minds.
